Edema Seminar a Success!
Theraskills Seminars was in motion, launching its first ever seminar in the Spring. The Lower Extremity Edema Management workshop offered a wealth of information including an extensive review of anatomy and physiology, a complete lower leg assessment, hands-on practice using 3M and Profore compression wraps, and vendor demonstrations of compression products and stocking aids. The small group size was an ideal environment enabling our participants – with varying levels of experience – to freely share their questions, ideas and knowledge. We received positive feedback from our participants, exclaiming that our guest speaker Candace Kirkpatrick was very knowledgeable and approachable. And due to high demand, we will be inviting Candace once again to lead another Lower Extremity Edema Management seminar this fall.
