NEW Course Announcement!!
It has been almost 2 years since I last ran a course. It has been a busy two years for most and the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has made it challenging to organize and run courses.

No Courses Until Fall 2021
Due to the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic and the associated provincial guidelines, no courses will be offered until Fall 2021 at the earliest. The nature of the courses offered bring healthcare professional together from across the province. The risk is too high at this time as we are doing all we can to reduce the spread of COVID-19. Once a higher percentage of the provincial population has been vaccinated and the stress on the healthcare system has been reduced, future courses will be organized.
All the best over the spring/summer and hope to see you in the fall.

COVID-19 Precautions and PPE for Upcoming Course
Theraskills Seminars is pleased to announce a partnership with Edmonton based medical vendor Healthcare Solutions to teach Lower Extremity Edema Management in their large education/conference space at the south side store.There will be a limit of 15 participants in this offering of the course to make sure to limit the exposure and maintain physical distancing. Each participant will have their own 8 top rounds table to space themselves for the lecture portions of the course. I will have the room set-up for the labs where there will be stations which are spaced to limit interaction between the 2-3 person groups. The presenters will be masked during the demonstrations and the lab. I am working on purchasing a plexiglass partition to stand behind for the presentation and will wear a mask as an alternative. Hand sanitizer, gloves and masks will be provided as well. This room has a sink to wash our hands regularly and has its own separate entrance/exit.I am looking forward to running this course in person and will do everything possible to ensure that the participants and presenters are able to learn in a safe environment.Stay safe!Glyn
